Custom Threaded Components

Archer Engineering is a leading custom manufacturer specializing in internal and external threaded components. A threaded rod is usually considered a round material that has an external thread, while a threaded insert and nut have an internal thread. External and internal threads can be standard course pitch, standard fine pitch, or specialty pitch thread. Directions of threads may be right hand or left hand. Whether an internal or external component is required it is essential for the fit that the threads be the same.

Our sizes range from 1/4" to 4" in diameter.  We manufacturer standard and non-standard threads. Non-Standard diameters with special thread pitches may occur.  The reason for non-standard requirements vary, depending on location and size restrictions. Thread pitches may also be a result of a desired dimensional movement.
